Why I Created Sun & Spice

I created Sun & Spice after years of feeling disconnected from the skincare I was using. So many "modern" products were filled with harsh chemicals that left my skin irritated, stripped, and confused—yet they were marketed as the only solution.

I wanted something gentler. Something intentional. Something rooted in ritual.

Growing up inspired by holistic traditions, I kept returning to Ayurveda—where skincare isn't about quick fixes, but about balance, nourishment, and honoring the skin as a living organ. Sun & Spice was born from the desire to bring these ancient rituals into modern life in a way that feels accessible, elevated, and effective.
